One Nation of Educators (ONE) is a national, educator-led 501(c)(4) advocacy organization built by teachers who were done waiting for systems to fix themselves. We provide the structure educators need to speak the truth, organize collectively, and take real action when schools and unions fail to live up to their values.

Unions were meant to protect every member, yet Jewish educators are too often excluded from that promise. Antisemitism in education is rising while Jewish identity remains invisible in data, equity work, and policy discussions. When bias goes uncounted, it goes unchallenged.

ONE exists to change that–protecting Jewish educators and students while tackling the deeper failures that allow inequity to persist: flawed data collection, weak enforcement, and institutions that protect themselves instead of their members.

We build lawful, data-driven pathways for reform and give educators a safe, independent home for advocacy. Our work is grounded in law, guided by ethics, and driven by evidence–turning frustration into organized, collective power for lasting change.
